For the last time I’m really going to write a blog! Make that commitment and actually do it and see what happens. If no one ever reads it then so what? It means little to me as no one would read if I never put it up in the first place. The thing to do is make that commitment to writing something once a week and plan it out and that’s what I will do from now on. Every Friday I will publish how my running is going on some links to cool things and what I am looking at for and reading. All sorts of stuff to be honest! Quite a lot of it has to be about my weight loss and how I managed to do it!
